Marcus is founding director of Living Leadership. He is a well-known speaker and writer, as well as a church elder for training and discipleship.
Head of Ministry Operations
Based in Northern Ireland, Paul joined Living Leadership in 2019. He worked previously as a doctor, a lecturer in practical theology and missiology in Belfast Bible College and a cross-cultural pastor with the Belfast Chinese Christian Church.
Claire joined Living Leadership in January 2011. She has previously worked in Human Resources for Friends International and campus outreach for UCCF.
Ministry Support & Communications Manager
Based in Nottingham, Jess joined Living Leadership in July 2020. She has previously worked in Marketing roles in the charitable sector and Christian publishing.

Refresh Network Online Facilitators
RNO Facilitators help us run our online gatherings by leading a small group discussion and prayer.
Based in Northern Ireland, Tracey works for a Christian Charity in Belfast. We are thankful that she also uses her administrative experience to support Living Leadership's ministries in Northern Ireland by providing administrative support for the Refreshment Days/Conference steering group.

Chair of Trustees
Hugh works in professional Services in London and has over the years worked in the UK, Ireland and Central Europe. He is a member of Crofton Baptist Church in Orpington, Kent.
Miriam is an experienced corporate lawyer, having worked in international law firms and the legal technology industry in London. She is a member of Emmanuel Church in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.
Deputy Chair of Trustees
Melinda is a Senior Associate Minister at All Souls Church, Langham Place where she oversees the ministry training scheme. She is also one of the contributors to the Living Leadership Formation Residentials programme.
Peter is senior pastor of Trinity Church, Oxford.
Alastair is the product development and communications manager at Christianity Explored Ministries. He also leads the mid-week Lunchtime Service at All Souls Church, Langham Place.
Richard retired as the Pastoral Ministries Director of the FIEC. He serves as one of the founding elders of Christchurch Market Harborough
Gareth is Senior Pastor of Ridgeway Community Church, South Oxfordshire and has a breadth of experience in leadership, teaching, church planting and overseas ministry.
