Wix
Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. They provide us with many features including the ability to take payments for our events. You can read more about Wix’s terms of service and privacy policy here.
MailChimp
MailChimp is an online marketing platform (owned by Inuit). Most of our mass-emails are sent via this platform. You can view MailChimp’s privacy policy and terms of service on their website, which also details information on privacy for contacts.
We sometimes use Google Forms for registering events. We also use Google Analytics and Search Console to help us understand how our website is used, helping us improve our website and services. View Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use on their website.

10. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information.
We will keep some records permanently if we are legally required to do so. We may keep some other records for an extended period of time. For example, it is current best practice to keep financial records for a minimum period of 6 years to support HMRC audits.
When information is no longer required, it will be deleted or anonymised.
