Alistair came to faith in Jesus as Saviour and Lord from early age. He has over 40 years of ordained ministry in urban, university, rural environments and senior levels. Experiencing the challenges and pitfalls as well as privileges and blessings, passionate that leaders remain rooted and grounded in Christ and fruitfully focused.

Alistair moved into regional and national roles after 20 years of parish ministry, when his wife Louise was encouraged into and accepted a post as a pastoral minister in a church.  In 2014 she was ordained. Over the years with different and varied contexts we have both learned from the challenges of being a supportive spouse.
