Her life then took a turn towards the USA where she worked as a missionary with inner-city kids in Los Angeles, followed by six years in Germany on a church planting team. It was in Germany that her interest in Biblical Counselling began (taking lay courses, an MA and PhD studies). Sally's life then led back to missionary work in California, supporting many women in local church settings, before meeting John and a brand new adventure started: John and Sally working together to support those struggling with addictive life-controlling issues in both support group and 1-2- settings, training others to do the same.
