Rowland is married to Alli and are they are based in Devon. They have three adult daughters. With over 30 years experience in pastoral ministry, he also supports men linked with the criminal justice system where he works as a community chaplain. He has a passion to support and encourage others to thrive rather than simply survive in ministry, looking at their whole of life rather than just what they do. In his leisure time he enjoys the outdoors, sport and spending time with his lovely family.
