Mark has served as a pastor in the local church for 12 years; responsible for preaching, teaching and pastoral care. In September 2022, Mark commenced a full-time doctorate in Theology and Ministry focusing on ministry burnout and the spiritual formation of leaders. He is passionate about training, equipping, and supporting leaders. Mark is married to Rachel and they have one daughter, Eden
