After an engineering degree, Joe worked in schools as a Physics teacher and, latterly, as Deputy Head at Monkton Combe and Repton Schools. He now runs a leadership coaching business, The Pilgrim Coach, and works with mainly Christians in leadership, offering a neutral, confidential space for them to process their leadership challenges within a Gospel context. He lives in Bath with his wife, Sarah, and has three children.
