Joanne has worked with students in China, and student teams in Scotland and Ireland alongside her husband, Mark. They have also served in local church leadership in Malaysia and the UK with their three children. 

She now supports Mark in his leadership of Keswick Ministries, and resists unrealistic expectations that she might one day climb a hill. Her heart is to see younger leaders and spouses refreshed in Jesus.
