During the last 20 years of pastoral ministry Phil has been increasingly captivated by the grace of God. Both Phil his wife Katie have sensed growing hearts to care for others in ministry. They love to do this alongside serving the church family at Monyhull Church in Birmingham.
Phil joined Living Leadership in February 2023, to develop our work in the Midlands where he was also the Associate Pastor of Monyhull Church. Phil stepped into the role of CEO in September 2025.
