Annual Ministry Checkup

The Annual Ministry Checkup provides leaders and spouses of leaders a structured opportunity towards the end of the academic year to reflect on their ministries and lives, and make concrete plans for future progress.

Using the Leadership Self-Assessment Toolkit as a framework (which can be purchased separately), the event will provide time for guided reflection through each of the three areas (Character, Competence and Compatibility), followed by one-to-one mentoring to help you delve deeper into your reflections and consider areas for future progress.

Cost to participate is £20 per person. Additionally, The Leadership Self-Assessment Toolkit will need to be purchased separately for £5. A link will be provided in your confirmation email.

Subsidised places are available for those who need them - we do not want cost to be a barrier.
